Iligan City Tourism Triangle in a Day: The Plan
Iligan City truly has a lot to offer. If you're into nature tripping, we have 23 waterfalls, 8 springs, and 15 caves. And what makes this more interesting is that three of these majestic waterfalls can be visited in one day! Barangays Ma. Cristina, Buru-un, and Ditucalan house the famous Ma. Cristina Falls, Mimbalot Falls, and Tinago Falls, respectively. Iligan City Tourism Office has tagged these areas as the Tourism Triangle.
Iligan Bloggers Society conquered these three barangays yesterday, August 7, 2011. Here's the itinerary for the one-day familiarization tour:
08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. 2nd Mechanized Infantry Brigade, LAD, PA at Brgy. Ma. Cristina

01:00 p.m. to 02:30 p.m. Iligan Paradise Resort + Mimbalot Falls viewing (Brgy. Buru-un)
03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. Tinago Falls (Brgy. Ditucalan)
