Hong Kong is almost synonymous to 'shopping'. A visit in this vibrant city is never complete without shopping. If you want to shop like a local, you must never miss going to Dragon Centre. It is a 9-storey shopping center in Sham Shui Po, Kowloon.

The most notable feature of this mall is the skylight. Sunlight shines through to the first floor. There's also an indoor roller coaster that hangs from the roof, which unfortunately has stopped operations in mid-2000s.

Levels 5-7 of the shopping center houses the popular mall, Apple Mall.There are a lot of local start-ups selling a wide variety of goods -- from bags to stuffed toys, dresses, phone accessories, journals, stickers, key chains, and other items.
I have to admit, I bought quite a number of stuff from the different stalls! Sorry, couldn't fight the impulse. Haha!
Also, it's a must to visit level 8! It's the food court! The eighth floor also features an ice skating rink, the Sky Rink.
So when in Hong Kong, do drop by Dragon Centre.
How to get there:
The easiest way is via MTR. Alight at Sham Shui Po station and proceed to Exit C. Dragon Centre is a couple of minute's walk away from the exit. It is a huge building and hard to miss.
